Author Biography

Benoit Blin has been the Chef Patissier at Le Manoir aux Quat-Saisons for over 25 years, Raymond Blanc's right-hand man! He is also a judge on Bake Off: The Professionals and Crème de la Crème. He teaches a variety of courses at the Raymond Blanc Cookery School, and achieved the title of MCA in 2005.
