Author Biography

Joanne Michaels is the author of seven books, including Hudson River Journey, The Hudson Valley and Catskill Mountains: An Explorer’s Guide, Let’s Take the Kids, and Adirondack High. A former editor-in-chief of Hudson Valley magazine, she hosts a cable television talk show, The Real Story, syndicated in the Hudson Valley. She lives in Woodstock, New York.

 

Rich Pomerantz’s photography books include Wild Horses of the Dunes and the acclaimed Great Gardens of the Berkshires. He lives in Washington Depot, Connecticut.
