Summary

Step-by-step drawing instructions to help amateur artists create their own masterpieces!
Anyone can draw and paint. All you need is the confidence in your ability that comes with practice. This book will guide you through all the basics so you can feel proud of what you’ve achieved. So just get out your sketchbook, your pad, your canvas . . . and GO!

Urban landscapes offer artists a rich diversity of architecture, often unique to that one place. They’re fun to draw . . . and not as complicated as they might seem. Renowned artist Sarah Wimperis shows you how to bring cityscapes to life, using media from charcoal to watercolors. With her guidance, you’ll easily capture the mood, texture, and character of urban spaces, from Harlem, NY, to London, Paris, and Venice.
